Jim Tracey

Jim has over 35 years experience in the motor industry. First as a motor engineer, then in sales and finally he opened his own dealership. From this he went on to design and manufacture rechargeable portable power jumpstart systems for the motor industry. Jim holds patents on many of the designs and products he has developed. Today these products are sold around the world for use by the military, car dealerships, aircraft industry, trucking companies, marine industry, railways, bus companies, mining industry, etc.

A career in the automotive industry has taken Joris to many European countries where he worked and lived. He strengthens the team with import-export know-how and 6 languages.
Over the last 17 years Joris gathered extensive management experience in the areas of R&D and Sales & Marketing while working for multinational automotive companies like Lotus Cars Ltd.

Peter's background and experience in the precision engineering industry proved to be a major asset when he joined JTM group in 2000. Peter immediately began assisting with the design, development and manufacture of our product range. His current role as production manager sees him utilising his various skills on a daily basis.
Dawid Debowski


As an electronics engineer with over 10 years experience in the design and development of power electronics and digital systems Damien has had several award winning designs published in the electronics press. Damien also brings experience from industrial automation, electrical systems and vehicle mechanics to the team and as such is heavily involved in our electric vehicle development program.
Niamh Mac Gowan

Niamh is based front of house looking after administration and accounts receivable. She is also responsible for the general smooth running of our offices.
She holds an honours degree in Visual Communications from The National College of Art & Design.
Niamh previously worked in a high end gallery in Dublin and prior to that owned her own gallery and craft shop. She also spent seven years in London working in accounts and administration for an events organisers, behind the scenes of events such as the BBC Good Food Show and London Fashion Week.
In her other life she is an artist, printmaker and interior stylist.
